No Return & No Replacement Policy

At LUMENIA, we are committed to providing high-quality skincare products while maintaining strict hygiene standards. Since our facewash products are classified as personal care items, they cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

No Return / No Refund

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any LUMENIA skincare products after they have been delivered.

Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Products

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Leaking or defective

  • Different from what you ordered

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, kindly provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement of the same product at no additional cost.

Replacement Conditions

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Eligible Requests

We are unable to process replacements in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Product already opened or used

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

  • Minor packaging differences that do not affect product quality
