Thank you for shopping with Lumenia! We currently ship across India for prepaid orders only.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Once processed, your order will be shipped via our trusted delivery partners.

Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. We may also offer free shipping on selected orders or promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing the order. We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at official.lumenia@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and provide a replacement if approved.
